Draft for the prototype. These plain-language terms must be reviewed by a Nigerian lawyer (NDPA 2023, CBN and consumer rules) before any public launch or handling of real money.

Terms of Use

You must be 18 or older and give accurate information when you sign up.
One person, one account. Do not share your password or recovery codes.
No scams, harassment, hate, adult content, or requests for anyone's BVN, OTP, PIN or password.
Bounties are agreements between members. Funds are held in escrow and released only when the poster awards a helper. During the prototype the wallet holds demo credits with no real-money value.
We may hide content, limit features, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Voice, chat and photos are provided as-is. Do not share information you would not want others to see.

Privacy Policy

What we collect: handle, full name, date of birth, country and region, email, phone number, and (if you provide it) a fingerprint of your NIN with its last 4 digits. We also store your messages, photos, bounty activity and wallet ledger.
Your NIN is never stored. We keep only a keyed, irreversible fingerprint (to detect duplicate accounts) and the last 4 digits. When verification with an approved provider is added, you will be asked to enter it again.
Who sees it: other members see your handle and public activity only. Your name, date of birth, email, phone and NIN details are private and visible only to authorised administrators for safety and fraud checks.
Why: to run your account, prevent fraud and abuse, keep the community safe, and meet legal obligations.
Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your data. Contact the platform administrator.
Security: passwords are salted and hashed; sessions use protected cookies; access is limited and logged.
